Terms & Conditions:

1. The Promoter: Team EVE  The above-mentioned companies will be referred to as the ‘Us, we, our’

2. Promotion Period: Closing date for entry will be 19th May 2022 – 3:00 PM (AEST). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 

3. Privacy Policy: All entrants personal information shall be treated with up most privacy and respect, information needed will only be the best postal address that we can ship your prize to (home address).

4. How To Enter: To enter the Promotion, follow @eve_pcs_ and tag a friend in the designated Instagram post, like the post, then wait to see if you won the prize!

5. Conditions of Entry: Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us. Entry is open to Australia only and the prize will be shipped at the our cost.

6. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The winner will be drawn at random.

7. The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message. By the account @eve_pcs_ and the winner will provide the us with the best postal address to receive the prize.

8. The team’s (our) decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will follow unless absolutely necessary.

9. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Participation in the promotion constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Decisions, which are made at our discretion and are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. We reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is responsible for, tampers with, cheats, deceives, or otherwise engages in unfair practices concerning the administration, operation, or security of the Promotion or intends to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or ourselves. Any attempt by any person who deliberately undermines the legitimate promotion in any way may be in violation of criminal and civil laws.

10. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. 

11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.
